What’s included in the subscription?

First 6 months included from activation. Then $99/month.

AI event analysis, supported voice responses, remote app access, alerts, cloud event clips, software updates and technical support. Features depend on your package and installed equipment.

Up to 30 days of cloud event clips within 100 GB per property. Older clips may be removed sooner if storage is full.

Hardware and professional installation are separate. PerimeterEye is not an alarm-monitoring service; alerts and control go directly to you.

How do package prices and add-ons work?

Packages include a fixed set of hardware at a bundle price. Open How this price adds up in your order summary to see the comparison with Intelligence plus individual hardware, any package savings, and your extra units. Add-on prices are the same across every package and in your customer account. You can remove extras you have added; for fewer included units, start with a smaller package.

When does the included period start?

When you activate your system, not when you order, so the time before your equipment arrives never uses up the six included months. Your estimated fulfillment date is shown in your order summary.

What happens after I order?

Confirm your delivery details in your account, then follow your shipment. Your system comes with in-depth self-installation instructions and video walkthroughs. Optional setup details help us support you; your subscription offer starts when you activate the system.

Can I use the cameras I already have?

Choose Use my cameras to compare our Intelligence, Defense, and Complete upgrade packages. Compatibility depends on your camera models. Contact us to confirm them before ordering.

Can I pay monthly?

Yes. Choose Affirm or Klarna on the secure payment page to spread the hardware cost, or pay in full by card. For systems from $1,700, Affirm offers 6 months at 0% APR and 12- or 36-month plans at 10–36% APR, subject to eligibility; Klarna shows its terms at checkout. The lender sets your rate and approval, and you repay them directly. Either way the hardware is yours, and the software subscription is billed separately: first 6 months included from activation, then $99/month.
